The counterpart to the world-renowned Degussa gold bars are the equally valued Degussa silver bars. Our 1 oz and 100 g bars are minted, while the larger 500 g , 1000 g , 5000 g , and 15 kg versions have the classic cast form.

The 1000g silver bar from Degussa is the most popular silver bar in comparison . It is the most frequently purchased by investors because the premium over the current silver price is lower than for smaller denominations. It is cast and made with a fineness of 999/1000 silver. It impresses with its classic design: The front features the traditional Degussa logo with the sun, moon, and diamond, the weight (1000g), the fineness, and the serial number.

The 1000g Degussa silver bar is delivered sealed in foil , providing optimal protection against oxidation. Due to the production process, cast bars have an irregular surface texture. Deviations from the images or visual differences in appearance between multiple bars ordered or already in possession do not constitute grounds for complaint or exchange.
