The coin’s reverse side features imagery of a bald eagle in flight grasping a fish in his talons by Canadian artist Emily Damstra. The full-body profile of the eagle dominates the image in stunning detail including the characteristic dark body and wings, white head and tail, and powerful legs and talons. The obverse features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt.
