Our Sharps Pixley branded 1kg Gold Bar is manufactured by Argor Heraeus, one of the world's most reputable Swiss LBMA accredited 'good delivery' refineries. 

Each bar has a unique serial number laser cut into the front of the bar. All our investment grade Gold Bars have the highest gold standard fineness of 999.9/1000.

The 1kg Gold Bar - Sharps Pixley comes in a plastic vacuum pack and includes a certificate of authenticity with the assayer, Argor Heraeus, and details of the bar's weight, fineness and unique serial number. Sharps Pixley purchase these bars directly from Argor Heraeus, one of the leading Swiss refineries in the world.

Whenever you see the Assay Mark below, you will know that the bar or ingot has been refined, assayed and minted by Argor Heraeus.

To protect the integrity of each bar we advise our clients to keep the metal in its protective packaging. This helps us to verify the authenticity of the bar, whilst also maintaining the condition of the bar, therefore allowing us to offer more money should you come to sell the metal. 

Clients are able to take delivery of the metal in a number of ways, with options to collect in store, or delivery to their home address fully insured. They can also store the metal in one of our safety deposit boxes, or choose to vault it with us in a custody arrangment. After all, a safe haven asset is not just what you buy, it's where you store it!

1. Collection: Free

2. Orders under £500: Free, insured via Royal Mail 48, allow 2–3 business days.

3. Orders under £500: Insured Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm Upgrade. This delivery option costs £10

4. Orders over £500: Free, Insured Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm. Orders in excess of £50,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels via Royal Mail or FedEx.

5. Next Day Guaranteed by 9am Upgrade: Insured delivery available on orders of any value, up to 1.8kg. This delivery option costs £30

6. Silver and gift items weighing over 1.8kg will be sent via FedEx next day delivery, order must be completed before 2pm.

7. FedEx Courier Service Upgrade: Insured delivery available on orders of any value, completed before 2pm This delivery option costs £30
