Your Delivery Options
Sharps Pixley dispatch customer orders to addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland via Royal Mail or FedEx.
Please note:
- Orders will be dispatched the same day, providing cleared funds and any necessary ID documentation are received by 3pm, weekdays only.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- Delivery is fully insured and each parcel will require a signature.
- Royal Mail Next Day now includes Saturday delivery as standard.
- If you have placed an order including an item on pre-order or with a delayed delivery date, your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. We are unable to part ship an order.
Once your order has been fulfilled and distributed, you will receive tracking information via email.

DELIVERY OPTIONS (FREE, FULLY INSURED)
- Collection: You will be required to show one photo ID upon collection (passport or driver’s license).
- Orders under £500: Sent out via Royal Mail 48, please allow 2 – 3 business days for delivery.
- Orders above £500: Sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm. Orders in excess of £50,000 will be dispatched in separate, fully insured parcels.
- Silver and gift items weighing above 1.8kg: Sent out via FedEx Next Day Delivery, (orders must be completed before 2pm). Orders are trackable and FedEx will deliver any time between 8am and 8pm.
If the courier is unable to deliver the goods to you, they will attempt a further two times on consecutive days before returning your order to us.
UPGRADE YOUR DELIVERY (ADDITIONAL FEE, FULLY INSURED)
- Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm Upgrade for Orders under £500: £12 Fee, Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
- Next Day Guaranteed by 9am Upgrade: £30 Fee, Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Available on orders of any value up to 1.8kg.
SPECIFIED DATE DELIVERY
You can now nominate your preferred date for delivery and we will dispatch your order accordingly. Please note, we are reliant on the performance of our logistics providers and unexpected delays, whilst rare, are not uncommon.
If there is nobody home to sign for your delivery, a red card will be left to indicate attempted delivery. The parcel will then be taken to your nearest Sorting Office to await collection or re-delivery.
